EFFECTIVE FOR ALL PUPPIES PURCHASED AFTER 01/01/2021

Von Muiredach Rottweilers will guarantee that the puppy you buy will pass an OFA hip certification at two years of age.

 If your puppy develops Hip Dysplasia within the two year period, it will be replaced with a puppy of equal value from the next

available litter. This is not a money back guarantee; it is a replacement guarantee. The replacement pup will be picked up by the buyer from Von Muiredach Rottweilers and the dysplastic pup will be returned to our kennel and AKC registration papers will signed over to us by the buyer unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon. 

If the buyer decides to keep the dysplastic pup then all guarantees are null and void unless

other arrangements are mutually agreed upon. 

 Proof of the Dysplasia is required before a replacement will be made. This can be by documentation from the OFA or X-rays and a statement from a licensed Veterinarian. Von Muiredach Rottweilers will reserve the right to have our Veterinarian examine and verify the x-rays before a replacement is made. We highly recommend that you have a preliminary x-ray done on your pup at about six mouths of age to make sure early on that the dog's hips are good.

We guarantee that your puppy will be in good health, with all vaccinations up to date at the time the puppy is picked up by the buyer.  Buyers are encouraged to have their own health exam done within 48 hours of leaving the breeders care. Any health claims other than those specifically expressed in this guarantee made after 48 hours are not covered under our guarantee, and we can not guarantee temperament since we have no control over the environment the puppy is exposed to or what happens to the puppy once it leaves our direct care.
